Tiger Sugar began simply in a traditional dessert shop in Taichung, Taiwan. The name derives from the striped appearance of the beverage, made from generous lashings of caramelised brown sugar in the cup before milk tea is poured in. The boba pearls are prepared in small batches to ensure quality and freshness with every serving. This seemingly simple concoction has developed a cult-like following––queues can be as long as 3 hours! It is completely worth the wait, try it and you’ll agree!
