Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support and responsible for the daily administration of secretarial duties to Executive Director (ED) and routine administration for the Business Development Department.
  • To coordinate and update ED daily schedule, arrange his meetings, appointments, and engagements.
  • To ensure that all correspondences and enquiries to the ED Office are processed and actioned, wherever necessary and that all records are filled systematically for speedy retrieval, and administered for an effective follow up systems.
  • To handle, arrange, and coordinate Executive Director personal errands.
  • To update and maintain leaves record for ED and Business Development staff.
  • To manage stationary inventory and control usage.
  • To handle claims and petty cash float.
  • Manage all reasonable ad 

Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma in Secretarial/Mass Communication/Business Studies/Administration/Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity.
  • Demonstrable working experience as a Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant in a highly pressurized work environment that require tact, professional judgement, and discretion in handling internal and external customers.
  • Preference shall be given to candidate who has a successful working experience with senior management team. 
  • Highly organized, able to manage confidential matters, good computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other language skills will be a definite advantage.
  • Strong work ethic, responsible, honest, trustworthy, and pro-active.
