These butterfly-cut chickens are marinated for 24 hours in the Afro-Portuguese recipe, then flame-grilled to perfection in your choice of Peri-Peri sauces, Lemon & Herbs, Mild, Hot, or Extra Hot. (Peri-Peri means bird’s eye chilli and is packed with vitamins A and C!)
