Requirements

  • Minimum SRP or SPM qualification.
  • Preferably with 2 years working experience in similar capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Routine monitoring, checking and tracking on the performance of energy usage.
  • Attend to enquiries and issues brought up by the customers.
  • Processing applications submitted by customers, installations and/or replacement of meters.
  • Generate data for billing, reporting, managing and control utilities supply losses.
  • Familiar with Electricity Supply Act 1990.
  • Monitor and unsure new installation works and maintenance services provided by service contractors are of good workmanship. 

Requirements

  • A Diploma qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Chargeman certificate.
  • Preferably, with 3 years working experience in maintenance.
  • Hands on experience and good at trouble shooting electrical/mechanical issues.
  • A team player, dedicated and diligent person with a pleasant personality.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the current maintenance problem and propose for building elements and area upgrade.
  • Sourcing for brands or method or options, compile and propose for management approval.
  • Coordinate design and planning work with various departments.
  • Improve the current civil section SOP (Standard Operation Procedures)
  • Organize and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction upgrading works in the mall. 
  • Daily supervision and ensure the work of contractors are executed in accordance to specifications.
  • Verify product / material delivery to ensure the conformity of specifications and schedule.
  • Prepare and submit daily report to respective projects to superior and management. 
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as so instructed by the Superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Architecture / Project Management / Civil or M&E Engineering / Interior Design / Building Surveying.
  • At least 2 years working experience in project/construction coordination and management / Fit Out.
  • Experience in large shopping centres or business complexes have an added advantage.
  • Able to develop good liaison with inter department, consultant, vendor and contractor. 
  • Initiative, self-motivated, possess a strong drive and result-oriented.
  • Possess good technical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Partial professional or tertiary qualification in accounting or related discipline. 
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Familiar with MYOB accounting software, Microsoft Office.
  • Female preferred.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to work alternate Saturday (until 12:30 pm).
  • Fresh Graduated are also encouraged to apply.
