Requirements

  • A Diploma in accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • To identify and maximize potential PR opportunities related to promotional events.
  • To establish and maintain good relationship with the media and general public.
  • To identify and organize suitable charitable and community-related programs that will enhance the mall’s desired public perception.
  • To assist in the planning, development of an effective annual marketing plan.
  • To provide tracked research and analysis of the economy, market, and competition on a monthly basis.
  • To ensure that all advertising activities are implemented within the stipulated deadlines.
  • To identify, plan, and organize promotions for the mall in order to achieve the following:
  •         -reinforce brand identity and positioning
            -maintain a strong market presence
            -increase the inflow of shoppers
            -support the shopping mall’s tenants

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in a Managerial position with a university or professional qualification in a retail/event/marketing.
  • Approachable and friendly personality yet professional with a determination to excel within a pressure-driven environment.
  • Meticulous and accurate in details.

  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Generate data for billing, reporting, managing, and control utilities supply lossess.
  • Attend to enquiries and issues brought by the consultants, clients and contractors.
  • Monitor and ensure new installation works and maintenance services provided by service contractors are of good workmanship.
  • Trouble shooting electro-mechanical faults.

Requirements

  • A Diploma/Degree qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-4 years working experience in similar industry.
  • Have good knowledge of AutoCad and computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia to consultants, clients and contractors.
  • A dedicate and diligent person with a pleasant personality.
  • A team player and believes in leadership by example.
  • Always willing to put in extra effort to complete the job.
  • A responsible person.

  • Preferable 2 years working experience in a supervisory position in any related field.
  • Working experience in a cleaning industries would be an advantage.
  • Prepared to work shift, weekends and public holidays.
