Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification.

Responsibilities

  • To have overall responsibility for the timely completion and delivery of project(s) in hand, ensuring the company’s objective is met without sacrifice to quality.
  • Co-ordinate design and planning work with a team of Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, design consultants, etc. at the preliminary, conceptual and implementation stages of projects.
  • Consult with Management on design and operational requirements for projects and translate such requirements into a design brief.
  • Prepare cost feasibility studies for new development projects.
  • To organize and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction activities at sites.
  • To ensure the work of sub-contractors are executed in accordance to drawings and specifications.
  • To verify product/material delivery to ensure the conformity of specifications and schedule.
  • Day to day supervision of the project to achieve objectives as well as liaise with inter-departments, consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Prepare and submit daily report for respective projects to superior and management.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as instructed by the Superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Architecture/Project Management/Civil or M&E Engineering/Interior Design/Building Surveying
  • Fresh graduates areencouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • To assist in the daily operation of the building management inclusive of maintenance, rental and service charge collection, managing tenants’ complaints and inquiries, tenancy legal matters and tenancy fit-out works.
  • To assist in any other matters as and when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Property Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Effective time and personal stress management.
  • Methodical and meticulous in keeping records.
  • Computer literate

  • Willing to work shift hours (9:30am to 10:30pm) and weekend / public holidays.

  • Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
