Requirements

  • A Degree qualification in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in shopping centre management, retail, marketing or event management environment.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to speak in Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
  • Tactful and able to excel within pressure-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • To identify and maximize potential PR opportunities related to promotional events.
  • To establish and maintain good relationship with the media and general public.
  • To identify and organize suitable charitable and community-related programs that will enhance the mall’s desired public perception.
  • To assist in the planning, development of an effective annual marketing plan.
  • To provide tracked research and analysis of the economy, market, and competition on a monthly basis.
  • To ensure that all advertising activities are implemented within the stipulated deadlines.
  • To identify, plan, and organize promotions for the mall in order to achieve the following:
  •         -reinforce brand identity and positioning
            -maintain a strong market presence
            -increase the inflow of shoppers
            -support the shopping mall’s tenants

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in a Managerial position with a university or professional qualification in a retail/event/marketing.
  • Approachable and friendly personality yet professional with a determination to excel within a pressure-driven environment.
  • Meticulous and accurate in details.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Accountancy / CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in internal auditing or in a public accounting firm.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preference given to those with property development, construction, retail or hotel industry and I.T auditing experience.
  • Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be meticulous, analytical and resourceful.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/ Real Estate.
  • Having 1 to 3 years of work experience in marketing of retail space will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication abilities.
  • Computer literate.

Responsibilities

  • Generate data for billing, reporting, managing, and control utilities supply lossess.
  • Attend to enquiries and issues brought by the consultants, clients and contractors.
  • Monitor and ensure new installation works and maintenance services provided by service contractors are of good workmanship.
  • Trouble shooting electro-mechanical faults.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Possess good communication skills in both verbal and written English language.
  • The person should be able to lead a team of technical staff in operating a building, capable of resolving M&E operational issues, and capability in data analytics, manpower planning and improvement in energy efficiency.
  • A dedicate and diligent person with a pleasant personality.
  • A team player and believes in leadership by example.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Autocad.
  • Always willing to put extra effort to complete the job.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
  • Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • To repair and installation of domestic water rect.
  • Undertake general handyworks i.e plastering, painting, carpeting, ceiling works and others architectural repairs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in plumbing and handyworks.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
  • Willing to work alternate Saturday (9am – 12pm)

  • Preferable 2 years working experience in a supervisory position in any related field.
  • Working experience in a cleaning industries would be an advantage.
  • Prepared to work shift, weekends and public holidays.

  • Preferably with 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Ex-Police or military personnel are encouraged to apply.
  • Prepared to perform shift work and weekends.

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
